Heidelberg Materials Betong Sverige AB is the leading manufacturer and supplier of factory-made concrete to both the construction industry and private individuals in Sweden. We are now looking for a new Process Technician for the South West Region, primarily based at our factory in Kristianstad, but also in Sölvesborg and other locations as needed. If you have experience in concrete production, the construction industry, and working in a process-oriented manner, as well as an interest in being part of an organization that contributes to digitalization and building for the future, then this might be the role for you.

Main areas of responsibility and tasks as a Process Technician:

• Work with the operation, production, cleaning, and control of concrete production according to current procedures and guidelines.
• Report deviations, incidents, and complaints.
• Operate loaders, for example during refilling and receipt of aggregates.
• Perform sampling of aggregates and concrete at the production facility.
• Conduct sampling at our customers' work sites.

Your background:

• We prefer that you have completed upper secondary education.
• You have good IT skills.
• You are self-motivated and work in a structured manner.
• You take responsibility for your tasks and actively contribute to the development of our production to become industry-leading.
• It is an advantage if you have Class I or Class II training as well as experience in process control.
• It is also an advantage if you have experience as a construction worker with a focus on concrete.
• You are proficient in Swedish in speech and writing; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• A driver's license (Category B) is required.
